I have heart shaped gelatin molds that work for cupcakes. I made 6 cupcakes for Valentines Day and put the rest of my batter into a Bundt cake pan.
When I learned that a friend was born on February 14, I added this candle and presented it as a mini birthday cake.
Lemon cake mix
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs
1 box (4 serving) lemon instant pudding
1 cup vanilla chips
dash of lemon flavored extract
Mix everything except chips with electric mixer for about 3 minutes. Stir in chips by hand. Bake in cupcake papers or greased and floured cake pans. Great for Bundt or tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes for cupcakes, 50 minutes for Bundt cake.
Cover with marshmallow fondant and decorate.
