This is a great idea for kids birthday parties as they can run around the yard with them and have a great time at outdoor parties, especially beach parties.
2 1/2 cups cubed seedless watermelon
1/2 cup lemonade
1/4 cup simple syrup
Combine in a blender and blend until smooth.
Stir in 2 Tablespoon finely chopped fresh mint leaves.
Pour into 6 ice pop molds and freeze at least 4 hours or until completely solid.
